An employee enrollment booklet, specific to each plan type, is provided to all NADART Plan participants. This booklet contains general information on retirement investing and information about the funds available for your specific plan type. It also contains your Summary Plan Description (SPD). The SPD provides employees with a summary of the basic plan provisions of their specific plan type (Investment Choice or Classic). It contains information on such things as contributions, distributions, benefits and taxes. It also provides information on what rights and protections you are entitled to under ERISA, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. Again, the SPD in your enrollment booklet is generic for your specific plan type (Investment Choice or Classic), and you should review your "Plan Provisions Insert" for provisions specific to your employer's plan.
