New Feature Added to PlanWeb

NADART is pleased to announce a new feature available to all of our retirement plans. Participants who have updated their e-mail address in PlanWeb will now have the ability to request a copy of their Personal Identification Number (PIN) via e-mail, in addition to receiving their PIN letter via regular mail. Participants may update their e-mail address by logging into PlanWeb with their User ID (Social Security Number) and PIN, selecting “Update E-mail” and following the instructions on the screen.

To request a lost or forgotten PIN, participants simply select the “Lost PIN” link on the NADART homepage, under “Manage Your Account With PlanWeb” and then enter their User ID. Their PIN will be e-mailed within 15 minutes of the request provided NADART has a current e-mail address on file for the participant.
