Starting in December 2008, six of the funds available to Investment Choice plan participants will be replaced with similar funds. On December 22, 2008, the Turner Midcap Growth Fund will be replaced with the Turner Midcap Growth. As of December 26, 2008, the Gabelli Small Cap Growth Fund, Janus Enterprise Fund, PIMCO All Asset Fund, PIMCO Total Return Fund, and the T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund will be discontinued and replaced with the Gabelli Small Cap Growth, Janus Enterprise, PIMCO All Asset, PIMCO Total Return, and T. Rowe Price Equity Income funds, respectively.

The new investment options are substantially identical to the old funds in terms of investments, portfolio strategy and management. The new funds will continue to be managed by the same advisors, but will go from publicly traded mutual funds to common collective trusts under the Redstone Trust (Cardinal Trust and Investments remains the Trustee). The new funds will not feature a prospectus since they are not publicly traded investment options. Revised fund descriptions will be available on this Web site on or before December 26, 2008.
