An in-service withdrawal takes place when a participant wishes to withdrawal money from his/her retirement plan, and is still employed with the company. This may occur if a person has reached retirement age, but wishes to continue working.
A participant is eligible to withdraw fully vested money from his/her NADART account while he/she is still employed with the company, as long as the participant meets the plan`s eligibility requirements for normal retirement age. Or, if he or she is participating in a:
- 401(k) plan, when he or she is age 59 1/2.
- Pension or Profit Sharing plan, when he or she is age 62.
